Role: Onsite Deployment Manager – DevOps Engineer (Dynamics 365 CRM) Location: Richardson, TX (Remote) Duration: Long Term Please share the resume by mail aravind@burgeonits.net Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Deployment Manager / DevOps Engineer to support Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CI/CD automation, Azure DevOps, and Microsoft cloud technologies, ensuring secure, compliant, and efficient deployment of CRM and related solutions. Key Responsibilities: • Automate build and release pipelines for Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Pages, Data Migration, and Azure Functions. • Manage end-to-end deployments across development, testing, UAT, and production environments. • Maintain and automate Dynamics 365 environment provisioning and configuration. • Integrate CRM solutions with source control (Azure Repos/GitHub); implement versioning and branching strategies. • Use PowerShell, Azure CLI, and YAML for scripting and pipeline automation. • Set up and manage monitoring via Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics. • Ensure security and compliance with enterprise DevOps standards; manage Azure AD RBAC and secure resources via Key Vault. Required Skills & Technologies: DevOps & Automation: • Azure DevOps (Pipelines, Repos, Artifacts) • Git (Azure Repos or GitHub) • PowerShell, Azure CLI, YAML scripting CRM & Power Platform: • Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Service) • Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) • Dataverse Infrastructure & Cloud: • Microsoft Azure (App Services, Functions, Storage, Key Vault) • ARM Templates / Bicep for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Monitoring & Security: • Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Log Analytics • Azure Active Directory, RBAC, Key Vault Qualifications: • Minimum 10 years of IT experience, with at least 4–5 years in a DevOps role supporting Dynamics 365 CRM. • Relevant certifications in Azure, DevOps, or Dynamics 365 (preferred). • Strong understanding of cloud architecture, CI/CD best practices, and Microsoft ecosystem.
