Overview Navisiontech, Inc. is a Microsoft Certified Partner specializing in Retail, eCommerce, and Wholesale implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC). We are expanding our team and looking for a skilled Business Central Developer to join us in building, customizing, and optimizing ERP solutions for our clients. If you have experience developing in Microsoft Dynamics NAV/BC and a passion for problem-solving, we want you on our team! Responsibilities • Develop, customize, and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) solutions. • Work closely with functional consultants, project managers, and clients to understand business requirements. • Write clean, efficient AL code for extensions and modifications in Business Central. • Integrate Business Central with third-party applications (e.g., LS Retail, Lanham EDI, InsightWorks, Power BI). • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in Business Central and related systems. • Develop and maintain APIs, web services, and automation scripts. • Create and optimize SQL queries and reports for Business Central data. • Ensure best practices in performance, security, and scalability of Business Central implementations. • Assist with upgrades and migrations from older NAV versions to Business Central. • Document technical solutions, configurations, and customizations. Required Qualifications • 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central development. • Strong proficiency in AL Language, C/AL, and C/SIDE development. • Experience working with Business Central extensions and Event-Driven Architecture. • Knowledge of SQL Server, Azure Functions, and Power Platform integrations. • Understanding of BC web services, APIs, and integrations with external systems. • Ability to debug, troubleshoot, and optimize Business Central performance. • Familiarity with Git, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines for Business Central development. Preferred Skills • Experience with LS Retail / LS Central, Lanham EDI & e-Ship, or InsightWorks. • Knowledge of Power BI and Power Automate for Business Central reporting and automation. • Understanding of retail, eCommerce, finance, and supply chain workflows. • Familiarity with Docker and Containers for Business Central sandbox development. • Experience working in agile development environments.
