We are seeking a Sr. System Administrator - Workday ERP to ensure the seamless administration of our Workday application, a vital tool supporting our life-saving work. In this role, you'll manage upgrades, patches, and security configurations to protect system integrity and data confidentiality. Collaborating with stakeholders, you'll design solutions, enhance processes, and ensure compliance with industry standards. As a trusted advisor, you'll provide end-user support, create training materials, and drive continuous improvement, directly supporting Vitalant's mission to make a difference every day. What to Expect Schedule: Monday - Friday This position can be located remotely from a work-at-home environment anywhere in the United States Our comprehensive total rewards support you, your family, and your future with: • Medical, dental, and vision insurance • 401K + 5% company match • Tuition assistance up to $5k per year • Free basic life and AD&D insurance • Free short-and-long-term disability insurance • Paid time off • Employee Resource Groups • Recognition and perks As a Sr. System Administrator, you'll get to: • Administer and support the Workday application, troubleshooting issues and providing user training. • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and security best practices. • Configure security domains, business processes, and other system elements. • Conduct audits to maintain data quality, integrity, and security. • Evaluate Workday releases for business impacts and implement upgrades effectively. • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop reports, dashboards, and analytics. • Monitor and optimize application performance while managing cross-functional impacts of configuration changes. • Maintain documentation on processes and workflows and oversee the team's Azure DevOps environment. Requirements Knowledge/ Education • Bachelor's degree required. • Knowledge of applicable business application(s) required. • Knowledge of automated applications systems, system development life cycle, and project management principles required. Licenses/ Certifications Workday Certification in one or more modules preferred. Experience • Three years or more of relevant experience in Workday administration required. • Demonstrated ability to design and solution new integrations with Workday as needed required. • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deliver timely, quality work within deadlines required. • Demonstrated knowledge of Workday business process framework, calculated fields, configurable security, and advanced reporting required. • Strong experience with Workday Integration toolset required. • Ability to gather technical and business requirements and translate into action plans. • Experience with Azure DevOps preferred.
