Job Title: Copilot Studio developerReports To: The Copilot Studio developer will report to the Client Services Supervisor, Client Services Manager, or equivalent leadership. SPS is looking for a Copilot Studio developer to design, build, deploy, and maintain intelligent chatbots using Microsoft Copilot Studio (formerly Power Virtual Agents) that effectively address business needs. Core Capabilities:• Build and deploy custom conversational agents (copilots) using a low-code/no-code interface.• Integrate with Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint), Power Platform, and third-party services.• Use plugins and connectors to extend functionality.• Leverage RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) using Azure AI Search and vectorized indices Skills required:• Experience with Power Platform, especially Power Virtual Agents.• Familiarity with Microsoft Graph API, Teams integration, and conversational design.• Understanding of prompt engineering and plugin orchestration.• Ability to work with enterprise data governance and compliance.• Deep understanding of Copilot Studio's features• Hands-on experience building complex Copilots• Proficiency in configuring and customizing Copilot topics and flows.• Ability to train and improve the Copilot's AI model through data analysis and utterance management.• Experience with natural language understanding (NLU) and natural language processing (NLP) concepts  Pay Range$85—$130 USDWHAT WE OFFER Career Growth: An opportunity to enter a job that allows you to learn new skills or use a variety of them that may lead you to uncover other career opportunities!
