Company Link : Job Requirement: The Solutions Architect will be responsible for leading design of cloud-based analytical and automated solutions that enable data-driven decision-making and efficiency within the contact centers. This role bridges business needs and technical execution, ensuring that advanced analytics, AI/ML, and automation initiatives align with strategic goals, are scalable, and deliver measurable impact. Key Responsibilities • Architect End-to-End Solutions: Design scalable, secure, and efficient cloud-based analytical architectures that leverage modern data platforms, orchestration frameworks, and AI/ML models. • Data Pipeline Design & Integration: Lead the design of data ingestion, transformation, and orchestration pipelines using tools such as Databricks, Airflow, Azure Data Factory, or equivalent cloud-native technologies. • AI/ML Enablement: Partner with data scientists and AI engineers to operationalize natural language processing (NLP), machine learning, and generative AI models for automation and insight generation in contact center operations. • Automation & Efficiency Solutions: Develop and integrate low-code/no-code workflow tools and automation platforms to streamline business processes and enhance agent and customer experiences. • Solution Governance: Establish architectural standards, documentation, and best practices to ensure security, scalability, and performance across data and AI ecosystems. • Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Partner cross-functionally with business leaders, outsourced parties, data engineers, UX/UI designers, and operations teams to translate business problems into actionable, technical designs. Preferred Qualifications • Proven experience architecting cloud-based analytical ecosystems (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform). • Hands-on experience with data pipelines, orchestration, and automation (e.g. AWS Glue, Azure DataFactory, Alteryx). • Strong understanding of machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), and conversational AI applications. • Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms and workflow automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, Atlassian). • Experience designing or collaborating on user interface (UI) / user experience (UX) solutions that make analytics accessible to non-technical users. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to executive and non-technical audiences in mock ups that translated to CAD/TADs. Nice to Have • Experience in contact center technologies, agent assist tools, or customer experience analytics. • Exposure to real-time analytics, streaming data architectures, or event-driven design. • Knowledge of data governance frameworks, MLOps, or AI model lifecycle management.
