We are looking for a Technical Product Manager – AI & CRM Solutions to join us as we build cutting-edge technology solutions! In this role, you will serve as a Technical Product Manager supporting enterprise-level AI initiatives and CRM solutions built on Dynamics 365. This role is ideal for a candidate passionate about cross-functional project delivery and technical process ownership. You’ll work closely with engineering teams to manage project execution in Azure DevOps, drive completion of technical deliverables, and ensure alignment with compliance standards. This is a hands-on opportunity to grow your expertise in cutting-edge AI applications and enterprise platforms. Responsibilities: Manage cross-team project execution across multiple engineering groups, ensuring tasks are fully scoped and completed on time. Maintain product documentation and compliance tracking using Azure DevOps and other engineering tools. Partner with internal stakeholders to represent business needs and prioritize technical deliverables. Coordinate and lead recurring project meetings, maintaining clarity and momentum on deliverables. Collect and synthesize user feedback to inform product evolution and deployment planning. Support product storytelling and performance tracking using Power BI, PowerPoint, and Excel. Develop relationships with program managers and product owners to align strategy with execution. Contribute to product roadmaps by integrating business strategy, user needs, and technical feasibility. Qualifications: 5+ years of professional experience in technical product management or related roles. Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience using Azure DevOps for project management and compliance tracking. Minimum 2 years of experience creating dashboards and reports in Power BI. Minimum 2 years of experience using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) in a product or project setting. Experience working in dynamic, fast-paced environments managing multiple concurrent priorities. Proven ability to create functional specifications and perform basic data analysis. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience using tools like Grafana and Visual Studio Code is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, Engineering). Familiarity with CRM systems, especially Dynamics 365. Experience working with AI-powered applications or products. Previous experience working with internal marketing teams to position or demonstrate technical products. Salary Range Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic-based ranges for Washington state: $100,000 to $115,000 USD annually, with a midpoint of $107,500. The final salary and job title for this opening will be determined based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience and may fall outside this range.
