Microsoft Power Platform Developer Location: San Antonio, TX (100% On-Site) Schedule: Full-Time We’re looking for a skilled Microsoft Power Platform Developer to join our Security/Technology/Services (STS) team. This role focuses on building and optimizing solutions using SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio to streamline business processes and enhance productivity. Key Responsibilities • Design and maintain SharePoint sites, lists, and workflows. • Develop custom applications using Power Apps and integrate with Microsoft and third-party tools. • Build and optimize automated workflows with Power Automate. • Leverage Copilot Studio and AI tools to create intelligent automation solutions. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions. • Troubleshoot and support Power Platform solutions. • Maintain clear technical documentation. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. • 3+ years of experience in SharePoint and Power Platform development. • Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. • Experience with Copilot Studio, Copilot for M365, and AI-driven development. • Strong understanding of API integration and Microsoft cloud tools. • Familiarity with SDLC methodologies. • Microsoft certifications in Power Platform or SharePoint are a plus. • Must be willing to work on-site full-time in San Antonio, TX.
