Power Apps Developer We are seeking a mission-driven Power Apps Developer to join our growing product and delivery team. You will design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable Power Platform solutions that automate workflows, enhance decision-making, and support national security operations across the DoD and Intelligence Community. From operational dashboards to real-time field apps, your work will be deployed where it matters most. Responsibilities: • Design and build custom business applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse. • Collaborate with analysts, engineers, and mission stakeholders to capture requirements, design user-friendly interfaces, and implement solutions that meet operational needs. • Integrate Power Platform solutions with external systems (e.g., SharePoint, SQL Server, Azure services, APIs, CDS, Dynamics 365). • Implement robust data models and security roles for multi-tenant, IL2/IL5/IL6, and zero-trust environments. • Support DevSecOps delivery by integrating Power Apps with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based repositories. • Contribute to our Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) with reusable components, templates, and governance patterns. • Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and continuous improvement efforts in a SAFe or Scrum environment. Qualifications: • Required: 3+ years of hands-on experience developing with Power Apps, Power Automate, and the broader Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem. • Strong understanding of Dataverse, Power Fx, and low-code/no-code development best practices. • Experience working with REST APIs, JSON, OData, and integrating with cloud-based data sources. • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and secure authentication models. • Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for mission-focused innovation. • Preferred: Active DoD Secret or higher clearance. Experience delivering Power Platform solutions in IL5/IL6, GCC-High, or CUI environments. Exposure to Azure, AI Builder, or custom connectors development. Knowledge of Power BI, Dynamics 365, and/or cybersecurity and compliance frameworks (FedRAMP, RMF, etc.). Previous work supporting federal programs or national security missions. Why 10x?
