Opportunity Overview: We are hiring a Sr. Data Analytics Engineer to work on advanced-level analytics projects for a multi-billion-dollar, NYSE-listed health-tech company. Requirements Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end data pipelines using Databricks for large-scale datasets. • Build and manage Power BI dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to senior stakeholders. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. • Optimize data models, pipelines, and queries for performance, accuracy, and efficiency. • Ensure data governance, security, and compliance standards are strictly followed. • Provide thought leadership in analytics best practices and drive innovation in data engineering solutions. Required Skills & Experience: • 7+ years in data engineering, analytics, or BI roles with hands-on experience. • Advanced expertise in Databricks, including Spark, Delta Lake, Python, and SQL. • Strong proficiency in Power BI, including advanced DAX, data modeling, and visualization techniques. • Experience with ETL, data warehousing, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS preferred). • Demonstrated ability to handle complex datasets and deliver high-quality insights. • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with large-scale healthcare or enterprise datasets. • Knowledge of data governance, HIPAA, and compliance standards.
