Our client uses the Microsoft platform wherever possible, including Office 365 mail, calendar and tools; SharePoint, Teams, Azure and development tools. They first look to the Microsoft suite for enabling technology. All of their design and development is done in-house. They are starting to do more development work (enhancements and bolt-ons) against their core operations applications (clinical, financial, donor management, payroll.) They also help the program teams with tweaking their applications with things such as user defined fields, application extensions and reporting. Contract-to-Hire and On-site role (Southwest side of Dallas) Must be able to convert without sponsorship. Our requirements: • Microsoft Fabric developer, with emphasis on Power BI, Power Query, the M language and Power Apps. • Experience with integration between data from our core applications (all are SaaS) and Power BI. Most of the time we are using a data extract that is provided by the application provider. Less frequently we are using an API to obtain data. • General knowledge of SQL relational databases (like SQL Server) • Strong with Microsoft Excel • Knowledge of other Microsoft tools (Forms, Power Automate, etc) • Willingness to help with support of our staff with Office 365/Sharepoint/Teams use and knowledge • Willingness to learn key business processes within our program • Willingness to work in a faith-based environment, and in caring for our clients (men and their families)
