We need an English-fluent Dynamics NAV / Business Central Consultant, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. Responsibilities: Implement, configure, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / Dynamics NAV solutions. Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements. Design and customize solutions to meet client needs. Provide user training and post-implementation support. Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, enhancements, and troubleshooting. Support core functional areas such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Inventory. (Preferred) Contribute to extended areas such as Warehouse Management, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and E-Commerce/EDI. Create reports and dashboards, ideally leveraging Power BI. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). 3+ yeas Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) and/or Dynamics NAV (Navision). Strong functional knowledge in finance and operations modules (GL, AP, AR, Inventory). Exposure to advanced modules such as Warehouse Management, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or E-Commerce/EDI is a plus. Familiarity with Power BI for reporting and analytics is a plus. Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or related technologies is a plus. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment. Compensation: The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $4,000 - $4,300 per month, depending on seniority and skillset. This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
