We are looking for a skilled Azure/Entra/O365 Administrator/Engineer to join our team in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin. This Contract-to-permanent position offers the opportunity to manage and enhance a large-scale hybrid enterprise environment, supporting both cloud and on-premise systems. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in Microsoft technologies, including Azure, Entra ID, and O365, as well as a strong focus on security and automation.Responsibilities:• Administer and optimize Microsoft Azure environments, including automation through PowerShell scripting.• Manage identity and access solutions using Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), Conditional Access policies, and related technologies.• Provide support for Microsoft 365 services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.• Ensure security compliance by identifying and mitigating risks within cloud and hybrid environments.• Maintain and configure Active Directory, Group Policies, and other on-premise systems.• Oversee certificate and secret renewals for secure system operations.• Configure and manage load balancers to ensure system reliability and performance.• Support hybrid Exchange integrations and troubleshoot connectivity issues.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and improve system processes.• Monitor and resolve issues within Citrix environments and other enterprise technologies.
