Job Description We are seeking an experienced Windows Administrator with strong expertise in both Azure and AWS cloud environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and support of Windows-based systems, along with cloud-based infrastructure tasks. Work Shift (Choose One) • Shift 1: 6:00 AM 2:00 PM • Shift 2: 10:00 AM 6:00 PM Key Responsibilities • Administer, monitor, and maintain Windows servers across on-premises and cloud environments. • Provide operational support for Azure and AWS services, including deployments, monitoring, and troubleshooting. • Perform patching, backups, system updates, and incident response. • Troubleshoot and resolve server and infrastructure issues to ensure system availability and performance. • Assist with system automation and scripting to streamline operations. • Support disaster recovery planning and implementation. • Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams for infrastructure projects and enhancements. • Maintain documentation for systems, procedures, and best practices. Required Skills & Experience • Strong experience in Windows Systems Administration. • Hands-on expertise with both Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud platforms. • Proficiency in monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining hybrid environments. • Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies. • Experience with PowerShell scripting or other automation tools. • Knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V. • Good understanding of security and compliance within Windows and cloud environments. • Ability to work independently and effectively communicate with stakeholders. Nice To Have • Certifications such as Microsoft Azure Administrator (AZ-104), AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate, or equivalent. • Experience with CI/CD pipelines or DevOps tools. Familiarity with Linux systems administration.
