Resolves and appropriately completes assigned tasks and change requests and acts as an escalation for support issues. Applies new solutions through research and collaboration with team and determines course of action for new application initiatives. Implements new software solutions as required by the business. The core infrastructure technology duties include enterprise Microsoft Active Directory, ADFS, Microsoft Certificate Services, Azure Authentication, policy configuration, and top-level support for enterprise-wide initiatives. Top Qualifications, Skills, Experience or Certifications: • Enterprise-level support for Active Directory for global initiatives following those through to implementation via collaboration with project and support teams. • Identify opportunities to innovate, extend and enhance service delivery everywhere possible. • Understanding Active directory architecture and at least 10+ years on the job experience with supporting active directory on the enterprise level • Experience with Stateless firewall configurations • Apply correct security profiles and familiar working with security policies • Nice to have a MCSE certification • Experience working with an on-prem environment that is synced to the cloud • Familiar with MS Dynamics and MS 360 • Experience building and active directory administration; do not just want a programmer • You should be comfortable owning all active directory functions • Current with Microsoft Windows 2012 R2 Server experience & system administration skills • Demonstrated DNS & DHCP knowledge • Experience with Windows identify Services a nice to have • Experience with Azure Cloud (nice to have) • Demonstrated enterprise active directory/domain controller set up, configuration and troubleshooting experience • Active Director (AD) system State Backups/Recovery. • Perform Root Cause Analysis and Problem Management for directory services environment. • Serves as escalation point for application support and troubleshooting, provides guidance and direction in resolution of escalated issues and/or complex production, application, or system problems. • Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems, and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs. • Install, configure, and maintain Active Directory and third-party software utilities for hardware systems within company operational guidelines. • Create and maintain system documentation for domain technologies, including installation, configuration, and appropriate troubleshooting steps. • Improve existing processes through solutions to recurring problems and enhancements to existing solutions or documentation. • Provide training as required • Resolve Windows operating system related issues and provide technical advice; • Ensure updates are happening on a regular basis; • You will be responsible for not only development but delivery of these processes; • Comfortable being called into to resolve complex AD (active directory) infrastructure problems; • Deep support of existing active directory modules is needed; • Work with technical management, peers and consumers.
