Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Proven experience as a SharePoint Administrator with hands-on experience managing and executing migrations
• In-depth knowledge of ATO frameworks and security requirements, especially in government or regulated industries
• Strong proficiency with SharePoint architecture (Online and on-premises) and migration tools (e.g., SPMT, Sharegate)
• Expertise in PowerShell scripting for SharePoint administration and automation
• Experience with security protocols, access control, and vulnerability management
• Relevant certifications, such as a DoD 8140/8570 certification (e.g., Security+)
• Active security clearance (Secret) is required for specific positions
• Experience in Federal government setting
• Certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert or legacy MCSE/MCITP certifications
• MD-102 - Endpoint Administrator Associate certification
• MS-102 – Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert
• Familiarity with additional tools like Active Directory, SQL Server, and Microsoft Power Platform
