Job Title: CRM Lead - Microsoft CE Application Development (Mostly Remote) Job Code: PA 777784 Location: Remote (Occasional Onsite in Middletown, PA) Contract Duration: Until 05/30/2026 About the Role: The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania - PTC is seeking a CRM Lead to architect, develop, and deliver Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions. This role combines leadership, hands-on development, and strategic oversight of CRM, portal, and web applications as part of the UBOS project. Key Responsibilities: • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of CRM and full-stack developers. • Architect and implement Microsoft CE customizations, Power Platform solutions, and AI/ML-driven business applications. • Integrate CRM with ERP systems, payment gateways, IVR, ChatBOTs, and contact center systems. • Oversee data migration to Microsoft CRM and ensure high-quality project delivery. • Advise leadership on trends in Microsoft CE and provide technical guidance. • Fully document technical and functional designs, test plans, and best practices. • Attend quarterly onsite meetings and provide post go-live support as required. Required Skills & Qualifications: • 10+ years of experience in Microsoft CE application development as a lead developer or architect. • Certified Microsoft Power Platform or Customer Engagement FastTrack Solution Architect. • Strong experience deploying solutions using D365 CE and Power Platform leveraging AI & ML. • Integration expertise with SAP ERP, payment gateways, social media, IVR, ChatBOTs, and contact center systems. • Proven experience in high-volume contact center applications and data migration. • Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ADO Testing Module. • Bachelor's degree in business management, information systems, or equivalent experience. Desired Skills: • Experience with enterprise SAP projects. • Knowledge of ITIL/ITSM practices. • Microsoft MVP recognition in Business Applications, Power Apps, or CoPilot Studio is a plus. Engagement Requirements: • Remote work with occasional onsite presence in Middletown, PA. • Equipment pickup and orientation onsite; quarterly onsite meetings. • Post go-live support may require short onsite assignments.
