RSM US LLP is looking for a dynamic Pre-Sales Engineer (PSE) that will have a primary focus on facilitating the growth of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Applications practice in the area of Supply Chain Management. The Microsoft D365 PSE drives project solutioning by serving as the functional expert for the Supply Chain Management function. The PSE collaborates with sales and delivery resources to ensure proposed projects include solutions that accurately address client’s needs and appropriately support key client decision-makers. The PSE is responsible for achieving revenue quota made up of the combined expectations of the business development team and practice. The sales territory will encompass pursuits across the nation, and flexible work from home is acceptable, if preferred. Responsibilities include leading pursuits as the functional architect, proactively scoping solutions, securing input from stakeholders, adapting solutions, coordinating with business development and delivery resources, demonstrating software, coaching junior resources, maintaining strong relationships with Microsoft channel team and partners, keeping up with Microsoft product developments, assisting in go-to-market sales strategies and marketing content, and collaborating with delivery for statements of work. Accountabilities include achieving productivity quotas, maintaining project throughput, high customer satisfaction, and completing training objectives. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, 5 years’ experience presenting software solutions with a focus on middle market/strategic customer segment, 5 years’ experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management, familiarity with Dynamics 365 Sales/Customer Service and Power Platform, record of achievement in a comparable sales role, product certification or equivalent technical credential, and travel up to 80% when appropriate.
