Job Title: Salesforce Administrator – GovCloud/FedRamp (US Citizens Only) Location: San Jose, CA – 3 days a week at office Clearance: Must be a US Citizen Employment Type: Contract / Full-time Job Description We are seeking a highly capable Salesforce Administrator with experience supporting environments in Salesforce Government Cloud (GovCloud). The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with strong Service Cloud experience and working knowledge of compliance frameworks (FedRAMP, ConMon, ISO/SOX). This role supports a public sector-aligned Salesforce platform requiring secure, compliant, and scalable configuration management. Key Responsibilities • Administer and configure Salesforce GovCloud platform, ensuring data integrity, user access controls, and compliance alignment • Perform day-to-day user management, security settings, permission sets, and role hierarchies • Maintain and enhance Service Cloud workflows, queues, case management, and email-to-case configurations • Collaborate with developers, security teams, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth platform operations and compliance reporting • Support compliance and control monitoring (ConMon) activities and documentation • Work within a DevOps environment (CI/CD, Flosum, etc.) to assist with deployments and configuration version control • Create and maintain documentation for system configuration, process flows, and change management • Participate in UAT, sandbox testing, and production validation for new releases and patches Qualifications • US Citizenship is required • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Administration (including at least 1–2 years in GovCloud) • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud features and best practices • Experience with compliance-based environments (FedRAMP, ConMon, ISO/SOX preferred) • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools such as Flosum, Azure DevOps, or CI/CD pipelines • Salesforce Admin Certification required; Advanced Admin or Platform App Builder preferred • Ability to work Onsite at San Jose, CA
