Position Summary Are you an IT professional ready to take your Dynamics 365 Business Central skills to the next level? What You’ll Do: · Administer and configure Dynamics 365 Business Central and CRM add-ons. · Support ERP integrations and workflows across the organization. · Maintain IT infrastructure—servers, networks, Azure/Entra ID, and end-user devices. · Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and training to staff. · Assist with system upgrades, testing, and documentation. · Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and other teams to ensure systems meet business needs. What We’re Looking For: · 2–5 years in IT systems administration or similar technical experience. · Hands-on exposure to Dynamics 365 Business Central (support, configuration, user access). · Knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, VOIP, networked printers, and storage solutions. · Experience with Azure/Entra ID administration. · Strong problem-solving, communication, and troubleshooting skills. · Hybrid work model (minimum 2 days onsite/week). Nice to Have: · IT-related degree (Associate or Bachelor’s). · Microsoft or Dynamics certifications. · Experience with ERP/CRM integrations. · Familiarity with IT systems in manufacturing or distribution.
