Position Summary We are seeking an experienced IT Manager with specialized expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to lead our organization’s IT operations. This role combines strategic IT management with hands-on ERP leadership. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing and supporting Business Central, managing integrations with CRM add-ons, and ensuring that IT systems—including infrastructure, security, and user support—are reliable, secure, and aligned with business goals. Key Responsibilities • ERP Management – Lead administration, customization, and optimization of Dynamics 365 Business Central and CRM add-ons to streamline business processes. • IT Infrastructure Oversight – Manage servers, networks, cloud platforms (Azure/Entra ID), and end-user systems to ensure performance and availability. • System Integrations – Oversee integrations between Business Central, CRM, and other business applications. • Cybersecurity & Data Privacy – Implement policies and security measures to safeguard IT systems and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. • Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity – Develop and maintain strategies to minimize downtime and recover IT operations after disruptions. • System Upgrades & Testing – Plan and manage IT and ERP upgrades, ensuring stability and functionality. • User Support & Training – Provide technical guidance, onboarding/offboarding support, and training to staff. • Collaboration – Work closely with Finance, Operations, and other departments to align IT systems with business needs. • Team Leadership – Lead, mentor, and develop IT team members to deliver high-quality service. • Cost & Vendor Management – Optimize IT budgets, manage vendor relationships, and negotiate technology contracts. Essential Requirements • 5+ years of experience as an IT Manager or in a similar IT leadership role. • Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (implementation, customization, and support). • Experience with CRM add-ons and integrations. • Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft 365, Outlook, SharePoint, VOIP, networked printers, and storage solutions. • Proficiency with Azure/Entra ID administration. • Strong understanding of cybersecurity and data protection best practices. • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. • Ability to balance strategic IT planning with day-to-day technical execution. • Willingness to work in a hybrid schedule (minimum of 2 days onsite per week). Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Business Central Functional Consultant Associate, Azure Administrator Associate, CompTIA Security+). • Project management experience with ERP/IT implementations. • Familiarity with manufacturing or distribution industry IT systems.
