Job Title: Operations & HR Manager (with Data-Driven Strategy & Performance Informatics Experience) Location: Sacramento, CA IN PERSON Employment Type: Full-time Reports to: Managing Partner / Chief Executive Officer Business Operations Manager with BI Software experience (In Person-Sacramento) Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will leverage business intelligence (BI) tools such as DOMO or Microsoft Power BI to analyze performance metrics and lead improvement initiatives across the organization. You will also be responsible for managing and implementing internal training programs using our Learning Management System (LMS), supporting employee onboarding, skills assessment, and talent development. A Lean Six Sigma certification and strong project management skills are essential for success in this role. Required Qualifications We seek candidates with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (a master's degree or MBA is preferred) and at least five years of experience in business operations, HR, or office management in a professional services setting. You should have hands-on experience with BI software to track and analyze performance data, as well as familiarity with HR systems and LMS platforms. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proven project management expertise are required, along with a Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher is preferred). Exceptional communication and leadership skills are a must, and experience with Microsoft Office and workflow documentation tools is essential. PMI/PMP certification and experience in law, accounting, consulting, or other professional service firms will be considered a plus.
