• Columbia, MD • $75,000 - $95,000 About IT System Administrator-MSP As one of the top growing I.T. services provider and consulting firms, we service many SMB clients including medical companies, insurance companies, financial firms, and nonprofits to name a few. We also have diverse service offerings including but not limited to Managed Services, IT Consulting, Cyber Security, and Cloud Solutions. We are seeking a qualified IT System Administrator to join our team and provide white glove support to our client base. The IT System Administrator will split time between resolving technical issues remotely and onsite, while also providing project support. The projects include virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), migration (M365 and Azure), and server/network upgrades (SonicWall). As a IT System Administrator, you will have the opportunity to show off your skills as a trusted technical resource, and a polished communicator who has the grit to resolve server, computer, application, network, and security challenges. IT System Administrator – MSP Responsibilities: • Serve as a primary contact on client support agreements • Set up and install new end user devices, servers and network equipment • Administer, manage, support and maintain Windows Desktops, Servers, Microsoft 365 and Azure • Support Virtualization technologies VMware, HyperV, Azure Virtual Machines • Support Network equipment (SonicWall, Fordinet, Cisco) IT System Administrator MSP Requirements: • 3+ years experience working for a Managed Service Provider • Experience supporting Microsoft Azure Entra ID & Virtual Machines • Mid-level experience with Microsoft 365 including administration & migration support • Experience supporting virtualization technologies Hyper-V, VMware or Azure • Must have experience supporting multiple business clients IT System Administrator MSP Benefits: • Base salary $75,000-$95,000 (dependent on experience) • Certification reimbursement • Career development and formal training • Bonus yearly depending on performance • Matching 401(k) • Health Benefits • Car/ mileage reimbursement #SB222 Location Columbia, MD Salary $75,000 - $95,000 About the Company Bowman Williams is a national specialized staffing firm for Cloud Service Providers and Managed Service Providers.
