Job Description A telecoms company is hiring for software engineering managers in Raleigh, NC. They are looking to add two AI/Machine learning teams, which this role will focus on. Primary objectives are transitioning enterprise data warehouse into Fabric and Azure Technologies, while supporting AI development. Among their needs is developing an AI chat agent capable of managing inbound call volume, and creating internal search engines. This company operates one of the largest wireless retail chains in the United States, offering mobile devices, accessories, and related services through hundreds of locations nationwide. It focuses on providing personalized customer experiences, technical support, and device upgrades, catering to both individuals and businesses. This is a full-time position in Raleigh, NC that requires days onsite in office.
