We’re looking for an IT Administrator to join our team, supporting our Systems & Process and Secondary Packaging Business Units. This hands-on role will serve as the primary escalation point for IT support, while ensuring that system hardware, software, security, and related IT infrastructure meet corporate standards and policies. This position reports to the Director of IT and will actively participate in IT operations, end-user support, and infrastructure management. What You’ll Do • Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and support to division IT team members • Document and maintain IT procedures and user-facing content • Collaborate on the maintenance and design of Business Unit IT architecture and standards • Lead IT-related projects and initiatives • Monitor system performance to ensure server, application, and network integrity • Manage incident response for hardware, software, and security issues • Oversee data backup, recovery, and security compliance • Administer user accounts, security access, and permissions for local and remote users • Ensure antivirus and security patches are current and perform intrusion monitoring • Safeguard sensitive data, coordinating with HR as needed What We’re Looking For • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or equivalent combination of education/experience • 5+ years of IT experience • Advanced skills with Microsoft OS, Active Directory, and Group Policy Management • Experience with Office 365 and Azure (preferred) • Familiarity with CAD solutions such as AutoDesk Inventor or SolidWorks (a plus) • Availability to occasionally work evenings/weekends with short notice • Willingness to travel up to 25% Skills That Set You Apart • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage at all levels of the organization • Excellent technical writing and documentation ability • Self-starter with energy, motivation, and commitment to delivering top-notch IT support Why ProMach?
