Base Pay Range $75,000.00/yr - $83,200.00/yr Job Summary The computer systems administrator will be responsible for the procurement, coordination, and management of company physical IT assets as well as the system administration and network administration of those assets. This position will help facilitate the planning, development, and implementation of projects, policies, and procedures to ensure effective management of all company IT assets. Responsibilities • Building and maintaining the operating systems for call center agents. • Desktop support for Windows-based and virtual workstations. • Maintaining on-premises hardware, including Azure Entra management, patching, virus software management, etc. • Installing/configuring various IT hardware solutions, including both on-premises and cloud-based storage. • Operate and maintain Zen Desk and all requests that come through it. • Interact with internal and external support teams and third-party vendors. Education Requirements • B.A. or B.S. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline, or equivalent experience. • 3+ years of job-related experience. • MCSE or on a path to MCSE is a very strong plus. Qualifications • 4+ years of experience in the following areas: Server Environment (Hyper-V a strong plus); Windows Desktop support (Mac support a strong plus); Active Directory/Entra Support; Microsoft O365; Moderate understanding of Networking. • 3+ years help desk or 1st/2nd level support in a Windows environment. • 1+ year Windows 2003/2008/2012R2 server experience. • 2+ years establishing computer standards on desktops and laptops. • MCDST or relevant experience. • Working knowledge of LAN/WAN troubleshooting tools. • Loan Management System experience is a plus. • Proven experience as a Systems Administrator or similar role in IT support.
