Information Management / Knowledge Management Specialist (SharePoint/Power Platform) (Hybrid-role, DC Metro-only) Innovative Technologies Corporation (ITC) is currently seeking a strong Information Management / Knowledge Management Specialist with extensive experience in SharePoint and Power Platform tools in support of a major US Air Force multi-national communications and military intelligence program headquartered. The position is located northern Virginia, but may also include Joint Base Andrews, MD, Fairfax, VA, Fort Washington, MD, Reston VA, Chantilly, VA or Warrenton, VA; this is a hybrid role, expected to be onsite 2-3 days per week depending on support requirements and classified meeting schedule. This position requires TS/SCI eligibility at the time of hiring; the position is funded and available for immediate hire. (Updated 10/27/2025, TAPS 073) Education and Experience: • Bachelor's Degree in information systems, computer science, system design, operations research, or a related technical field. • At least six (6) years of experience performing knowledge and content management in a DoD environment with SharePoint and Power Platform tools • Expertise in oral and written English communications skills, including developing/updating/maintaining procedures and writing white papers/reports/briefings/minutes; advanced skills in the Microsoft Office environment is essential (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint) Requirements (language should be reflected in submitted resume): • Extensive SharePoint content management and knowledge management experience, bonus for SharePoint Developer (out of the box) • Extensive experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, etc.) • Experience in leading knowledge management projects with little oversight Nice to Have Experience: • Action Officer or Staff Officer experience • Experience with coalition, military, interagency, multinational, or joint information sharing activities/communications networks • Previous experience as a SETA contractor, or experience with SAF/CDM This hands-on Knowledge Management position directly supports military and civilian US government agencies, our Allied and Partner Nations communications and intelligence capabilities. The Knowledge Manager will support the organizational planning, execution, and development of the Information Management/Knowledge Management functions with industry standards and best practices, and provide assistance, analysis, and recommendations regarding office IM/KM implementations, which will include implementation of and maintenance of knowledge management solutions, to include tasker tracking, document libraries, and records management, as well as SharePoint organization, standardization, and professionalization across one or more networks or enclaves within networks.
