Title: SharePoint Administrator – Microsoft 365 Location: Quantico, VA (Fully Onsite) Salary: $130,000 – $150,000 Job Type: Direct Hire / Full-Time Security Clearance: Top Secret (TS) required Start Date: 10/6/25 Job Description We are seeking a SharePoint Administrator to design, build, and maintain Microsoft 365 SharePoint sites in support of Army Headquarters operations. The role includes developing user interfaces, site pages, lists, libraries, and web parts, as well as creating wireframes, process maps, and mockups to ensure a user-friendly experience. The candidate will analyze customer needs, conduct testing, validate systems, and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers and stakeholders. Integration with Teams and other Microsoft 365 tools is required. Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, IT security principles, and content management technologies is essential. Qualifications • MS/MA in Computer Science (web development focus) with 10 years experience, or BS/BA with 12 years experience • Completed T5 investigation (SSBI, SBPR, PPR) with Top Secret eligibility • Security certifications: Security+, CASP+, CCSP, CCNP Security, Cloud+, FITSP-O, GFACT, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP • Role-based certifications (any one): Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate, Power BI Data Analyst Associate, Power Platform Fundamentals, Azure AI/Data/Developer certifications, Power Platform App Maker, Power Automate RPA Developer, Teams Application Developer, Power Platform Functional Consultant Key Skills: • SharePoint Online: pages, lists, libraries, web parts • Microsoft 365 and Teams integration • UI/UX design and prototyping • System testing, debugging, and validation • Strong collaboration and communication This is a fully onsite, direct-hire role in Quantico, VA supporting Army HQ, offering a salary of $130k–$150k with a Top Secret clearance requirement.
