Based at the Emerson Global Headquarters in St. Louis, Missouri, you will collaborate and work closely with the human resources team and corporate employees. Reporting to the Director Human Resources Operations, you will have the opportunity to perform work in various areas of human resources. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: • Partner with business leaders and other team members in completing HR transactions (promotions, new hires, terminations, leave of absence, etc.). • Maintain and ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data within HR information system (HCM). • Own the corporate salary planning process, ensuring successful execution and performance outcomes for overall business unit. • Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance and development, and offboarding, ensuring a seamless employee experience. • Analyze compensation and market data to guide salary decisions, aligning with global career framework, industry benchmarks and ensure internal equity. • Provide communication and training on HRIS applications and projects, including payroll/benefits support as needed. • Support the implementation of new HR initiatives, process upgrades, and change management activities and make recommendations for ways to engage people leaders and employees. • Focus on data analytics and use HR metrics from Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) to provide data and analysis to internal customer groups based on metrics and analysis. Identify, build and run reports and queries from Oracle to meet user needs. Use analysis to make recommendations for policies and activities to improve the organizational culture. • Participate in the system execution and analysis of employee engagement surveys, new hire/exit surveys and other ad hoc surveys. • Assist with ongoing maintenance of human resources SharePoint site to ensure information is up to date and relevant for employees. You provide timely and helpful information to individuals across the organization For This Role, You Will Need: • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field • Two (2) years of Human Resources experience or related work • Ability to analyze and synthesize large amounts of data and present findings/recommendations • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Microsoft Excel • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels in the organization • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future.
