Role Overview We are seeking a Power Platform Developer with strong experience in .NET development, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Power Apps, and Electronic Health Records (EHR) integration. This individual will support and enhance mission-critical health systems and work closely with clinical and IT stakeholders across the Department of State Hospitals. Key Responsibilities • Develop, enhance, and maintain custom applications using Power Apps and Microsoft Dynamics CRM. • Leverage C# .NET to develop backend services, APIs, and integrations. • Integrate systems with Electronic Health Records (EHR) platforms, ensuring seamless interoperability and data security. • Analyze and document functional and technical requirements in collaboration with clinical users. • Develop custom plugins, workflows, and business rules within Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, security protocols, and DSH standards. • Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities. Minimum Required Qualifications • 10+ years of experience in C# .NET development • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and/or Power Apps development • 2+ years of direct experience with EHR systems integration (e.g., Cerner, Epic, NextGen, or similar) • Proven experience in building scalable, secure, and user-friendly applications in a healthcare or government environment • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially in multidisciplinary teams Preferred Skills • Experience with Power Automate, Power BI, Azure Logic Apps, or Dataverse • Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, or other healthcare data exchange standards • Experience working in or with California State Government agencies Previous work in behavioural health, psychiatric, or public health hospital environments
