Position Summary The Manager Infrastructure Technology Services would be responsible for delivering core infrastructure and foundational technologies for JetBlue, with a strong emphasis on the management of data centers, including automation, data-driven engineering, and cost effectiveness. The Manager provides leadership and guidance to the team to ensure scalable, highly reliable and highly available infrastructure architecture. Essential Responsibilities • Responsible for supporting system design, interactions between technology layers and components, functions of infrastructure and dependencies at scale. • Develops Teams end-to-end technical expertise, regularly identifying skill gaps and raising the collective bar on the team's skill set in alignment with industry standards. • Lead long-term datacenter planning and build-out strategies by evaluating datacenter infrastructure capabilities and constraints, providing strategic insights and recommendations on investments. • Recommend/build Infrastructure to maintain availability, reliability, efficiency and performance of supported products and services. • Manage and maintain Server Virtualization Infrastructure (Nutanix & VMware). • Manage the implementation and operations of Identity Access Mangement (IAM) services. • Drive adoption of Infrastructure as Code and automated workflows to reduce manual intervention. • Develop and enforce datacenter policies and procedures. • Manage vendor relationships, as needed, ensuring the vendors' performance and contributions align with organizational objectives and strategy. • Support technical roadmaps and strategy, through effective collaboration with architects, engineers and leaders. • Build and Implement disaster recovery and backup strategies. • Perform technical analysis and lead the design architecture of critical infrastructure platform plans for the enterprise, analyze problems and security requirements of the business and architect solutions that include highly available and resilient designs. • Maintain system compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX), Payment Card Industry (PCI), IT General Controls and other regulatory controls as required. • Take a significant role in the development of crewmembers to support their engagement, growth, and goal achievement. • Other duties as assigned. Minimum Experience and Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science; OR demonstrated capability to perform job responsibilities with a combination of a High School Diploma/GED and at least four (4) years of previous relevant work experience. • Five (5) years of experience in production operations environment. • Provide twenty-four (24) hour, seven (7) day a week on-call support at scheduled times; and be able to be contacted through a business cell phone or always provide an alternate phone contact. • Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, ADFS, SSO, DHCP, DNS. • Strong experience with Domain and SSL Certificate Management. • Proficient in at Server Operation Systems (Microsoft Windows Server, Linux - any distribution). • Implementation and design experience in multiple focus areas, including to not limited to Server Compute (Cisco, HPE, Dell, Nutanix), Storage (NetApp, IBM, HPE, Dell), Backup and DR (Rubrik, Cohesity, Azure ), Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (Nutanix, DellVxRail). • Knowledge of best practices as they relate to the following areas: IT Infrastructure, Change Management, Data Networks, IT Security, Virtualization, Web Servers, Middleware and Storage technologies. • Available for overnight travel (up to 10%). • Able to work flexible hours and be available for emergency responses on short notice. • Must pass a pre-employment drug test. • Must be legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located. • Authorization to work in the US is required. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Preferred Experience and Qualifications • Seven (7) years of experience in server and datacenter technologies. • Server and application deployment via automation and configuration management tools. • Supporting mission critical application environments. • Managing applications that reside in hosted datacenter environments. • Supporting applications that run on Windows and or related OS type.
