Job Description An employer in the Spring, TX area is looking for an Enterprise/Data Architect to join their Enterprise Architecture team. This person will be responsible for maintaining enterprise-wide data models supporting operational, analytical, and reporting needs. In addition, they will lead data governance initiatives, ensuring data quality, lineage, and compliance across systems. They will be designing and optimizing data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and other modern data engineering tools. They will be responsible for integrating data from Oracle ERP systems, including extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes. A big part of this role will be collaborating with HR teams to architect and implement secure, scalable HR data integrations across platforms. They will be managing and optimizing Microsoft SQL Server, Azure SQL, and other MS database environments. Lastly, this Architect will provide architectural oversight for cloud migration, data lake implementation, and enterprise analytics platforms. This candidate must be local to Houston, as they must be willing to go on-site 3 days a week. This position is looking to pay between $75-85/hr. Skills and Requirements 10+ years of experience as an Enterprise/Data Architect Experience with Cloud & Data Platforms such as: Azure Synapse, Databricks, Azure Data Lake, Snowflake Extensive knowledge of Databases such as: Microsoft SQL Server, Azure SQL, Oracle DB Extensive experience with Modeling & Governance i.e. Erwin, Collibra, Informatica MDM, Power BI Extensive experience with ERP Systems such as Oracle E-Business Suite, SAP, Workday (HR integrations) Experience with SQL, Python, T-SQL Certs: Azure Architect, TOGAF, Oracle Data Integrator, DAMA
