Job Title: Data Platform Engineer New York 12 Months Your duties • Onboards new software platforms including configuration, security, integration, and support. • Ensures the stability and operability of the environment by monitoring health checks, performance, and logs. • Performs regular maintenance such as upgrades and patching. Your expertise • Experience with at least one scripting languages (bash, python, powershell) • Experience supporting Linux (mostly RHEL but other variants as well) and Windows • Excellent knowledge of Azure services relevant for building cloud platforms (i.e. AKV, Azure Blob, etc.) • Hands-on experience working with security protocols (i.e. OAuth, SCIM, Key Vaults, TLS, IDM). • Understands enterprise network topology such as firewalls, VLANs, private links, and private endpoints. • Hands-on experience with Terraform (especially for cloud-based platforms). Considered an advantage • Experience with orchestration platforms like Apache Airflow. • Experience with Databricks • Experience with Kafka, especially in a Kubernetes environment. • Experience with RedHat OpenShift or similar Kubernetes managed service.
