We’re working with a leading organization in the Philadelphia suburbs that’s seeking a Mid-to-Senior Level IT Systems Administrator to join their growing infrastructure team. This is a full-time opportunity supporting a modern, hybrid IT environment focused on Windows Server administration, VMware virtualization, and Microsoft 365 technologies. You’ll help support both day-to-day operations and long-term infrastructure projects across multiple business units. Required Skills & Experience · 5+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator · Strong experience with Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) · Proficiency with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy · Experience with VMware (vSphere, ESXi, vCenter) · Experience managing Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams) · Backup and disaster recovery planning/implementation · Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills Desired Skills & Experience · PowerShell scripting experience · Azure Active Directory or other cloud experience (e.g., AWS) · Experience with automation/orchestration tools (e.g., Ansible, SCCM, Intune) · Exposure to network fundamentals (firewalls, VPNs, VLANs) · Security or compliance-related knowledge (HIPAA, NIST, etc.) What You Will Be Doing Tech Breakdown · 50% Windows Server / Active Directory · 30% VMware / Virtualization · 20% Microsoft 365 / Cloud Tools Daily Responsibilities · 60% Hands-On Administration & Troubleshooting · 20% Project Work (Upgrades, Migrations, Security) · 20% Team Collaboration, Documentation, and Planning The Offer · Bonus eligible You will receive the following benefits: · Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance · Vacation Time
