Job Description Job Description Business Analyst – Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) - (USC or GC only) Charlotte, NC (Uptown Area) Full-Time | Direct Hire $60,000 – $75,000 Looking for a D365 Business Analyst to join our dynamic IT Business Applications team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior-to-mid-level professional to step into a techno-functional role with exposure to finance operations, ERP systems, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll play a key role in supporting, improving, and enhancing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations systems that power our day-to-day business—particularly in financial functions. What You’ll Do: • Support end users of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, especially during month-end financial close • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in coordination with business users • Collaborate with departments to gather and analyze business requirements • Assist in the design, testing, and implementation of new system functionality • Provide user training and create system documentation (manuals, process flows, etc.) • Monitor system alerts and audits; maintain SOX-compliant user access • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts across business systems What We’re Looking For: • 1–2 years of experience in an application support or analyst role • ERP experience is required — D365 Finance & Operations strongly preferred • Understanding of financial operations: accounting, AP/AR, treasury, capital assets • Familiarity with SQL, basic debugging, and object-oriented programming (X++ is a plus) • Strong communication and analytical skills with attention to detail • Ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical users Education: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field Company Description Zobility (RGBSI), is dedicated to providing the highest quality of services to our clients and employees.
