Director, Data & Analytics Our client is seeking a visionary leader to serve as Director of Data & Analytics, guiding the organization’s approach to data management, measurement, and evaluation. In this critical role, you will oversee systems and processes that collect, analyze, and communicate information across all levels, ensuring data drives strategic decision-making and organizational excellence. You’ll champion data governance, implement innovative solutions, and foster a culture where high-quality, actionable data informs every initiative. Their competitive compensation ranges from $105,000 - $115,000 annually, depending on experience, and an extensive benefits package enhances their commitment to your success. To be successful, you should have: • Bachelor’s degree in Information Sciences, Data Management, Business Administration, or related field, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in data and analytics. • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret complex data, apply advanced mathematical concepts, and develop actionable insights. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, database management, and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau; experience implementing new technologies preferred. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare reports, present information, and convey complex concepts to diverse audiences. • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret professional and technical documents; travel may be required. Your key responsibilities as the Director of Data & Analytics will include: • Evaluate and optimize organizational data systems, ensuring effective collection, storage, and flow of information across departments. • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure departmental and organizational effectiveness. • Provide guidance and communicate insights from data analysis to inform quality improvement and strategic decision-making. • Enforce data governance standards, ensuring accuracy, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements. • Lead and support analytics staff while collaborating with stakeholders to develop dashboards, visualizations, and reports aligned with organizational needs.
