Tulsa Public Schools’ existing salary schedules provide career increment adjustments based on education/experience and/or years of creditable service. Position Summary: The director of data strategy and analytics leads the district in the development, adoption, and implementation of a comprehensive data strategy. This involves execution of key internal districtwide data work and the leadership and coordination of external partnerships to support students, families, and district staff. This work will help to support our district in achieving the goals set out by the strategic plan. Minimum Qualifications: Education: • Bachelor’s degree (in area of mathematics, statistics, economics, or related field) • Advanced degree preferred Experience: • Five (5) years full-time work experience • Three (3) years working in a data-related role • Experience in leading cross-functional teams Specialized Knowledge, Licenses, Etc.: • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace Suite • Bilingual in Spanish preferred • Proficiency in R, Python, Stata, or other statistical programming language #J-18808-Ljbffr Fountain
