Key Responsibilities • Build and operate a platform that enables rapid, reliable, and safe software deployment across cloud (GCP, AWS, Azure) and self-hosted environments. • Architect, implement, and optimize scalable infrastructure solutions across hybrid environments. • Lead automation, CI/CD processes, and deployment strategies to streamline development workflows. • Collaborate closely with Solutions Architects, Field Engineers, and product teams to deliver integrated solutions. • Enhance the developer experience by reducing friction through improved tooling and streamlined workflows. Required Qualifications • 5+ years of DevOps or cloud/on-premises engineering experience. • Expertise in at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP) as well as on-premises infrastructure. • Strong skills in infrastructure as code, automation, and configuration management using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible. • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and Bash. • Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions. • Proven ability to design, monitor, and troubleshoot complex hybrid systems. Preferred Qualifications • Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Architect). • Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus or Datadog. • Familiarity with security best practices in hybrid environments. Compensation & Benefits • Compensation: Base pay ranges from $165,000 to $242,000 – determined by job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location.
