This role is based in Oklahoma City and offers the opportunity to take ownership of complex projects while working closely with clients and internal teams. What You’ll Do • Deploy, configure, and maintain servers, SANs, and enterprise networking equipment • Optimize data center operations for high availability, redundancy, and performance • Lead server builds, storage deployments, migrations, and data transfers • Troubleshoot complex issues across servers, storage, and networking stacks • Perform system upgrades, patching, and hardware refreshes • Administer and support Microsoft technologies including: •Active Directory (user/group management, GPOs, replication, and domain controllers) •Microsoft Exchange (administration, troubleshooting, and migrations) •Microsoft 365 / Azure AD (identity management, licensing, security policies) •Windows Server (installation, clustering, and performance optimization) • Implement and support enterprise backup, disaster recovery, and security solutions • Collaborate with client IT teams to design and implement solutions • Create and maintain technical documentation, including network diagrams and build guides What We’re Looking For • Strong hands-on experience with servers, SANs, and networking • Enterprise networking background with Meraki, Juniper, Cisco, or HPE • Solid knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, and VPNs • Proficiency with Microsoft enterprise systems (AD, Exchange, M365, Azure AD, Windows Server) • Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), HA clusters, and disaster recovery • Proven success deploying and migrating infrastructure (not just supporting it) • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently • Excellent communication and client-facing skills Preferred Qualifications • Certifications such as MCSE, CCNP, JNCIS, HPE ASE (or similar) • Experience leading large-scale data center migrations • Familiarity with ITIL practices and enterprise service management Interested in hearing more?
