Job Description We are seeking experienced Consultants who will be responsible for working on cutting-edge VMware-based projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF), NSX-T, and vSAN, with additional expertise in Aria Suite, HCX, and vSphere. Skill / Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • 6+ years of hands-on experience in VMware technologies, with expertise in VCF, NSX-T, and vSAN. • In-depth knowledge of VMware infrastructure and its components. • Experience designing and deploying hybrid cloud solutions using HCX and Aria Suite. • VMware certifications (VCP, VCAP, VCDX) are preferred. • Hands-on experience with automation and orchestration tools in VMware environments. • Knowledge of cloud platforms and hybrid cloud technologies. • Strong leadership skills and experience managing client-facing projects. • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in virtualized environments. • Ability to lead teams and collaborate with clients and stakeholders. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Job Responsibilities • Design, implement, and optimize VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) solutions. • Configure, manage, and troubleshoot NSX-T, vSAN, and vSphere environments. • Leverage Aria Suite and HCX for hybrid cloud migration and management solutions. • Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and provide technical recommendations. • Lead and mentor junior consultants, ensuring successful project delivery. • Troubleshoot complex issues and provide advanced technical support in virtualized environments. • Contribute to the development of best practices and process improvements.
