We are actively seeking an Information Services Assistant Staff Administrator to join our Information Services team on 1st shift (core schedule, Monday - Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm) Job Description This employee is responsible for providing support in the operation of the district data communications networks by installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining computer hardware, software, and data communications equipment, and supporting end users in the use of such equipment. Duties of this position include but are not limited to: • Installation, maintenance, and trouble-shooting equipment for data communications networks including: hardware, software, and data communications equipment. • Provide support to users of data communications networks. • Assisting the Information Services management with requirements analysis, network application design, implementation, problem investigation and resolution, and network application evaluation. • Performing other duties as assigned.
