Locations: Charlotte, NC 24 Months • Helps troubleshoot • Provides 2nd-level support - there are 100 help desk agents • Uses Remedy as the ticketing system • Someone with ServiceNow experience will transition well to Remedy • Biggest ticket generator is Outlook (80% of tickets) • Also SharePoint, Skype, etc. Mass onboarding happening - CEO wants all mailboxes fully supported by the cloud Needs to be strong in 365 and strong in tickets Doesn't need to be deep in Outlook or Synchrony Does need to be a pro in Microsoft and Cisco Just needs to dazzle in something (ex: 365) - he can get them up to speed on the rest Maintains and supports the enterprise Messaging and Collaboration infrastructure specifically with client support on a large scale multi-site, multi-domain environment. Responsible for Messaging and Collaboration supported applications to include Outlook, Sharepoint, web conferencing (WebEx), Instant Messaging (Lync/Skype, Group Chat) as major focus. Manages the integration of email with other systems such as mobile device and other unified communication technologies. Administers the Messaging and Collaboration user accounts in the enterprise by creating user ids, effecting user name changes and moves, maintaining group lists, and removing terminated user ids (must adhere to regulatory requirements when needed) Assumes the leadership role in the resolution of complex technical issues (SME) Consults with application developers on issues related to the impact of applications Coordinates with application developers and project managers to deploy worldwide enterprise solutions/applications (tasks to include but not limited to testing and documentation) Provides technical expertise to internal IT groups and provide feedback and recommendations to management for service level and environment optimization Protects the overall security of the messaging environment through the administration of access control lists, security measures and certification of external organizations Provides training to users, junior technicians and other IT personnel Outlook MS-365 Sharepoint administration WebEx Skype Active Directory, working knowledge of Microsoft Exchange One drive MS Teams Familiarity with PowerShell usage Knowledge of current windows operating systems. Excellent written and oral communications skills with a focus on providing quality customer service
