Technical Lead - Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE & F&O) Hybrid: 3 days a week onsite in Baltimore, MD Direct Hire - W2 (USC/GC) What You’ll Do You’ll be the technical lead for a Dynamics 365 (CE + F&O) platform that connects 12+ internal teams and external partners. You’ll shape the architecture, build custom features, and lead system integrations from end to end. You’ll stay close to the code — building plug-ins, writing Azure Functions, designing APIs, and making sure data moves between systems reliably and fast. You’ll support a team of developers by setting direction, writing clean, working examples, and making thoughtful calls on tools, frameworks, and workflows. What You Bring • 6+ years shipping code and designing architecture across enterprise systems • 3+ years of recent verifiable Lead experience • Expert-level Dynamics 365 — both configuration and code (CE + F&O) • Built and maintained integrations across 5+ platforms (CRM, ERP, custom apps) • Strong C#, JavaScript, SQL • Used Power BI and SSRS to report on datasets with millions of rows • Written Azure Functions, deployed Kafka pipelines, used Service Bus in production • Comfortable writing Python scripts and React front-ends • Worked in Agile sprints, used Azure DevOps pipelines for deployment • Microsoft-certified #INDIT Job Type: Full-time Pay: $150,000.00 per year Work Location: Hybrid remote in Baltimore, MD 21202
