Responsibility includes the set-up, research, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining the uploading of invoices for RMR Service Contracts, Time, Material, and Installation. Job Responsibilities: • Maintain Service Contract Module based upon assigned responsibility including vetting, account reconciliation and processing of contract information • Make key billing adjustments, issue and reissue invoices, create manual invoices with spreadsheet statements using Excel, and handle billing problems for assigned regions • Processing cancellations • Assist other departments with research and billing issues • Ability to read, analyze and interpret Excel Spreadsheets with conflicting data and follow through with resolving data inconsistencies • Maintain composure in dealing with executives, clients, and staff, occasionally under conditions of urgency and in pressure situations • Handling of and exposure to sensitive and confidential information • Assist and backup other positions as needed • Assist with special projects • Additional responsibilities as requested by the manager Minimum Requirements: • 1–3 years of experience in Service Contract management and/or Billing operations within an organizational setting • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Highly reliable, professional, and exceptionally organized • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Committed to maintaining ethical standards when handling confidential information • Proven ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt positively to change • Sense of urgency and strong follow-through on responsibilities • Collaborative team player with a positive attitude • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills • Solid understanding of general business principles • Willingness to work overtime as needed Preferred Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered in lieu of formal education • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools Benefits: • Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance • 401K with 60% Match up to 6% of salary • Paid vacation, holiday and sick time • Educational Assistance • Exceptional growth opportunities • Wide variety of employee discounts on travel, equipment, and more!
