Job Title: Sr. DevOps Engineer / Lead DevOps Engineer Location: St. Louis, MO and Denver, CO End Client : Charter communications Positions : 2 Key Responsibilities: Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, or GitHub Actions. Manage and automate cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi, etc.). Monitor system performance, ensure uptime, and implement observability solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, etc.). Collaborate with development teams to streamline deployment processes and troubleshoot production issues. Improve security and compliance through automation and standardization. Implement containerization and orchestration solutions (Docker, Kubernetes, ECS, EKS, AKS). Maintain and improve configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet, etc.). Participate in on-call rotations and ensure robust incident response procedures. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 3+ years of hands-on experience in a DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) role. Proficient in scripting languages (Bash, Python, Go, etc.). Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure). Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD best practices. Strong troubleshooting skills, performance tuning, and security best practices. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Must have skillset: SCM: GitLab, Bitbucket. CICD Tools: GitLab CICD, Jenkins. Build Automation: Maven Containers & Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes, Helm chart Configuration Management &IaC: Ansible, Terraform. Scripting: Shell script, Groovy, Python.
