We are seeking a client-facing, consulting-oriented Lead Azure DevOps Engineer to support On-site in SATX high-value enterprise clients, including organizations with revenues exceeding $1B. This role is ideal for a seasoned technical SME who can architect scalable solutions, drive DevOps best practices, and collaborate effectively with both internal development teams and external stakeholders. While not a formal leadership role, it demands technical ownership and strategic influence. Required Skills & Experience - 7-10 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or related roles - Proven expertise in Azure cloud platforms, including infrastructure-as-code and deployment automation - Strong scripting skills in PowerShell and Python for automation and tooling - Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab or Jenkins, including pipeline creation and maintenance - Extensive knowledge of Linux and Windows system administration - Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker, Kubernetes, Helm - Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, Salesforce for issue tracking and workflow management - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment Nice to Have Skills & Experience - Certifications: Azure Solutions Expert - Experience with: • Infrastructure-as-code tools: Terraform • Monitoring and observability tools: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack • ConnectWise or similar PSA/RMM platforms - Prior experience in Managed Service Provider (MSP) environments, supporting multiple clients with varying infrastructure needs Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
