We are seeking a MS Dynamics Technical Specialist. This role demands deep technical expertise. In this role, you will: IT Support for recently implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 (SaaS) Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) product for Optum Rx Home Infusion. Serve as primary technical point of contact for the application - manage system provisioning, administration, data refresh and maintenance, inclusive for all Dynamics 365 environments. Resolving support tickets, working with business and Ops team in providing solutions to issues raised. System monitoring and raising alerts for unusual performance. Set up war rooms for any P1/P2 issue and coordinating with business, IT and vendor for resolution of the issue. Working with end user in understanding the issue in detail, replicating the issue in lower environment, and updating ticket logs accordingly. Working with business stake holders for requirement gathering of future enhancements and taking part in planning/designing/solutioning sessions with vendor. What you'll need to succeed (required skills): Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Prior experience of healthcare and application support preferred. Experience with MSFT Dynamics 365 RCM product (nice to have). Experience with Service now support tool (nice to have). Strong understanding of observability concepts and ITIL processes. Cloud knowledge and experience to perform cloud deployment will be preferred. Understanding of Revenue Cycle Management process is considered an asset. Salary and Other Compensation: The annual base salary offered for this role is between $73,000-$86,000. Applications will be accepted until August 25, 2025. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
