The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure effective merchandise management and inventory tracking, product presentation, and maximization of consumer sales engagement. The ideal candidate: • Is extremely organized • Can handle accountability on valuable inventory • Has an eye for consumer trending • Communicates professionally and effectively • Has a high school diploma or equivalent • Must be 18 or older • Has some schedule flexibility if needed to travel to various store locations as required. • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions • Knowledge of inventory control principles and practices • Proficient in using cash registers and POS systems • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members • Basic math skills for retail calculations • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively Responsibilities: - Drive sales and implement and execute merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility. - Collaborate with the buying team to develop effective product assortments and ensure proper inventory levels. - Conduct regular inventory Audits - Maintain strong relationships with store managers and staff to ensure proper execution of merchandising plans. - Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to inform merchandising decisions. - Train and educate store staff on merchandising best practices and brand guidelines. - Ensure compliance with company standards, including product placement, pricing, and signage.
