Job Title: Business Analyst – Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Job ID: 51116 Job Type: Contract 6+ Months Location: Richmond, VA (Onsite – local candidates only) Interview Type: In-person only Openings: 1 Rate: Up to $50-65/hr all-inclusive Job Description We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP to support the planning and execution of enterprise-level projects. The ideal candidate will serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that business needs are captured, documented, and effectively translated into technical solutions. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders and IT teams to analyze and document business processes, challenges, and goals. Utilize expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management to validate requirements and deliver solutions. Facilitate workflow-heavy projects that span multiple business functions and approval levels. Support data mapping, migration, and integration activities across systems. Conduct root cause analysis to identify system gaps and recommend actionable improvements. Partner with development and Power Platform teams to ensure that model-driven applications meet functional and architectural requirements. Support quality assurance and user acceptance testing (UAT) processes. Required Skills & Experience 10+ years of experience delivering business and data analysis solutions. 5+ years working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP or equivalent ERP systems. Strong experience with D365 model-driven applications and Microsoft Power Platform. Proven track record of participation in end-to-end ERP implementations. Proficiency in SQL and data management concepts. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or related ERP platforms. Experience in both Agile and Waterfall project environments. Background in public sector or large-scale enterprise projects.
