Title: Power Platform Developer (Power Apps, Power Automate & D365) Location: Houston, TX (Onsite) Duration: Long Term Contract 8+ years of experience in PowerApps and Power Automate Key Responsibilities: • Design, build, and customize solutions using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps), Power Automate, and Power Pages. • Develop and maintain external-facing Power Pages portals, ensuring they are user-friendly, responsive, and securely integrated with Dataverse and Dynamics 365. • Integrate Power Platform solutions with Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Azure services, and external data sources via custom connectors or APIs. • Automate and optimize business processes using Power Automate workflows, cloud flows, and approval processes. • Extend and customize Dynamics 365 applications, entities, forms, views, and business logic. • Manage Dataverse schema, relationships, and data integrity across Power Platform solutions. • Implement security roles, authentication, and data governance policies across Power Platform environments. • Monitor, maintain, and optimize existing Power Platform applications for performance and reliability. • Collaborate with business analysts and functional leads to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and deliver end-to-end solutions. • Prepare documentation, user guides, and training materials for end-users and support teams. • Stay current on Microsoft Power Platform updates, features, and best practices. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. • 8+ years of experience in developing solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform. • Proven expertise in: Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps) Power Automate (Flows) Power Pages (formerly Power Apps Portals) Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE / CRM) Dataverse (CDS) • Experience with Power BI or Azure Logic Apps is a plus.
