We are seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 Field Service Functional Consultant to join our team remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate those into effective, scalable, and efficient solutions using Dynamics 365. Key Responsibilities: • Lead functional workshops to gather and analyze business requirements for Field Service implementation. • Configure and customize Dynamics 365 Field Service to meet customer needs, including Work Orders, Scheduling, Resource Management, Inventory, and Mobile solutions. • Develop detailed functional design documents and assist with technical specifications. • Collaborate with developers, architects, and other consultants to deliver end-to-end solutions. • Train end-users and provide go-live and post-go-live support. • Conduct gap-fit analysis and recommend process improvements. • Provide subject matter expertise in D365 Field Service and integration with other Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, etc.). • Support data migration, testing, and change management activities. • Stay current with Microsoft product updates and industry best practices.
